LAUNCHING WHEEL INSTALLATION

REQUIRED TOOLS

  • 1×14 mm Socket Wrench

  • 1x Phillips Screwdriver

  • 1x Power Drill

  • 1×5/16 Drill bit

  • HARDWARE

  • 4 x 50 mm Stainless Bolts

  • 4 x Washers

  • 4 x Locking Washers

  • 2 x Launching Wheels

  • 2 x Launching Wheel Brackets

Step 1

Fully inflate all the tubes then proceed to lift the transom approximately 10 inches off the ground.

 LX 250-420, HD 380/420 – (Make sure your transom is 15″ from where you are measuring) Place bracket on aluminum transom and measure from the top of the transom 6.5″ and measure 2.5″ from the side of the tubes.  (pls see diagram) These are approximate measurements as you may have tow hooks or plates to work around.

PRO 320/380/420 – (Make sure your transom is 20″ from where you are measuring)Place bracket on aluminum transom and measure from the top of the transom 10.5″ and measure 2.75″ from the side of the tubes.  (pls see diagram)  These are approximate measurements as you may have tow hooks or plates to work around.

Step 3

Drill your top hole then place a level against the side of your bracket while you mark you bottom hole. Remove bracket and drill bottom hole.

Step 4

Apply a ring of silicone around holes on bracket, then firmly press bracket into place and tighten down bolts.

Step 5

Place both brackets on the transom and firmly press down. Then proceed to tighten down both.

Step 6

Clip your wheels onto their brackets. You can also flip them up while in the water.
